This

THEY DO NOT MAKE THESE ANY MORE!!!!!!!
For your consideration is a mega cool, “old school” 1992 Paul Reed Smith
Custom 24 in Black Cherry. It boasts many features that made these
early PRS guitars some of the most popular instruments in the world. This one
is hand made pre-factory model with a small heel and 1 piece Mil-com Tremolo.
Original case and original papers make this one a collector's delight. This
beauty is in excellent condition with only minor wear. She has been played over
her 18 year life but only has a few small marks from normal use but nothing significant
and nothing that could be photographed easily. No breaks, repairs or
modifications. Some minor fret wear but plenty of life left. This baby sounds
tremendous with super harmonics and outstanding sustain. Desirable Wide Thin
Neck Profile. The neck is straight as an arrow and plays like butter.
Vibrant all up and down the neck with no dead spots!
The
top is beautifully flamed- you just don’t see tops like this anymore. There is
a “P” stamped on the headstock after the serial number in the location you
would normally see “10”. I was told that this was a designation reserved for
artist endorsees. This killer player is definitely in the top of the class for
the era or any other in this genre. Brazilian rosewood fretboard.
How does she play? Awesome! Setup like a PRS should be.
Perfect intonation and a very fast neck. I love how PRS builds a neck and this
is a fine example. As I have been decreasing my collection a few guitars are
really painful to let go. This will be one of those. I only played her twice
but she is among my very favorite guitars that I ever owned and I have owned
hundreds!!!!
IMPORTANT: This guitar has the small neck heel with great
high fret access, the only kind of PRS to own!
