I Bought this baby around 6 years ago in S. Florida from a guitar shop that Russell Lee had sold a couple guitars to.  I'd been a regular at this store and when I walked in and saw it, I had to buy it!  It's one of those pieces that just scream "YOU HAVE TO HAVE ME!"  Been in love with her ever since.  Pictures do not do this axe justice.... You need to see it to believe it.  The 2 piece flame maple top is MIND-BLOWING!  The body contouring is super sensual and the attention to detail and craftmanship is really top-notch.  Have you ever picked up an electric guitar and while still unplugged, hit a chord and it just sang acoustically?  This is one of those.  Then you plug it in and never stop grinning.  This thing sounds freaking killer playing any style of music.  It will sing, shimmer and play crystal clean or will grind and crunch with the nasty.  Finally, the coolest thing is that NOBODY ON PLANET EARTH WILL HAVE ONE JUST LIKE YOURS.  You will be the envy of all your fiddle-playing buddies!  As our fearless leader likes to say "LET ME BE CLEAR".... I am not a guitar dealer.  In fact, I'm only parting with her because of the intense financial pressures that face many of us today.  I am a private owner/collector/player.  This is one of three guitars that I have to let go in order to raise some much needed capital.  So, somebody out there is going to capitalize on my misfortune.  I only ask that you take good care of her and play her.  She is a needy Bitch!

For the price of this guitar you get a LOT more than your standard or traditional single or double cut guitars.
The top is a beautiful tight 5A flamed maple.  The body is 1 piece mahogany. The neck is a stress relieved  5 piece mahogany and maple which extends into the body 1 foot which allows for no heel.  The carve is perfectly fitting a hybrid U and a C shape.  The fingerboard is a stunning figured ebony, bound with flamed maple.  Sperzel locking tuners and a tone pros bridge with string through body make for a solid and loud signal.
The direct mounted Duncan Custom Custom in the bridge and 59 in the neck are tapped.  1 volume 1 tone both P/P pots so you can coil-split the signal
Finally, Russell Lee himself signs the headstock.  A true artist signs their work.
