This auction listing is for a 1999 Paul Reed Smith Hollowbody II. It has a beautiful flamed maple top and back, Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, PRS locking tuners, bird inlays and the original case in good condition. I would say this is a 9.5 out of 10. It does have three blemishes: one on the treble horn, one on the back of the neck, and one on the bass headstock point which I have tried to illustrate in the photos. It plays great and still looks incredible. It has a volume and tone control and a pickup selector switch. These guitars were supplied with McCarty pickups, which sound incredible. I have only played this guitar in my SMOKE-FREE, humidity controlled home two or three times.
