This guitar is in very good condition.
It does have two small "dings", look at picture I posted here on the back.
One ding is directly below the white spot-reflection that is to your right, the ding is just below it.
The other ding on the side of it (if you are holding the guitar in a playing position and you look straight down, you can see the ding) I could not successfully take a picture of it.
The neck measures 2 inches wide at the twelveth fret and 1 inch deep at the twelveth fret.
The serial number begins with 08 which according to the PRS site, was made in 2008.
The serial number falls in the range of: 128401 - 143000.

Upgrades include:
1 push/pull volume pot for the "out-of-phase" "Peter Green-type tone"
1 push/pull tone control for single coil switching
6 way varitone-type switch for a wide variety of tonal combinations.
You can get everything from Gibson-ish humbucking tones, to stratocaster-ish tones as well as tele-ish tones out of this sweetheart!
