Developed from a beautiful Private Stock guitar made by our top luthier, Joe Knaggs, the McCarty Archtop is made the way only PRS knows how-with the craftsman's loving care and the ruthless precision and consistency of computer controlled milling.
Only solid, premium "PRS grade" woods are used-a spruce top and mahogany body carefully carved inside and out, just like an old violin. The wide, fat neck and specially voiced McCarty Archtop pickups, together with the full 4" deep body, gives this instrument a tone and volume far in excess of its compact size.
