Paul Reed Smith Standard 22 Maple Top
Paul grew up listening to the hot local guitarists around Washington, DC, many of whom played guitars with mahogany bodies from the 1950's. He never forgot the sound of those guitars.
Our Standard 22 follows the classic "simple is better" philosophy of those instruments, with a one piece mahogany body, one piece Wide Fat mahogany neck, two Dragon ll pickups and our Stop-tail bridge. If you prefer our tremolo system, it's a no charge option. This example is finished in our beautiful Gold Top finish.
