Paul Reed Smith Guitars

Hi, I am selling my Mint!!! 2009 Limited Run Ted McCarty DC 245 57/08 guitar. I collect guitars and love them all, and take extremely good care of all my guitars, but this one was my pride and joy. It is a beautiful Guitar in Smokeburst color!!! I am getting sent overseas and although I love this guitar and hate to part with it cause its like a member of the family, I am more afraid of having it stored away. I bought this guitar new in 2009 custom ordered from PRS, the list price was $5724.00 As I said it is a Limited Run I hear different numbers thrown around about how many of these beautiful guitars were built, so far the only one that seems to be constant is that less than a thousand were built. This guitar is numbered 593 with a 10 top flame. It is a magnificent guitar getting 5 star reviews from every guitar magazine out there. This guitar was actually used for the premeir guitar magazine review. It sits in my temperature controlled studio and is only played from time to time for fun or for a few tracks in the studio. I use 3M clear protective wrap for the back of the guitar so no scrapes or scratches are on this guitars back. There are no scratches on the front or anywhere on this guitar. It has the beautiful PRS birds on the frets and the wide fat neck is blazingly fast to play. I am a Les Paul guy at heart and own several custom LP's and this guitar is absolutely amazing in build quality and sound quality. Once I picked this guitar up I had a hard time putting it back down. It sounds amazing and I truly have convereted to these guitars now. As I said before, the guitar is Mint Condition only leaving the case on a few occasions. I have all the paperwork and case candy for the guitar as well. You will not be dissappointed by this guitar at all!!! It also has brand new DR strings on it. That's the only strings I trust on stage. This guitar has never been on stage nor toured at all. Has only stayed in the temp controlled studio since day one. Never on a guitar stand in its life, straight from PRS to me and in its hardshell custom case for its lifetime so far. It has always had the 3M protective wrap on it as well, which I will remove once sold. It also has the Paul Reed Smith custom 1957/08 model pickups on it and they are amazing. great warm vintage tones, and great modern tones as well. I play alot of rock and alot of blues and this guitar can do it all!! It also has a Push/Pull Coil Tap. It is a custom guitar that will not disappoint and whomever wins will see immediately why I hate selling this guitar. When I say it is MINT!!! I mean it is perfect!!! No scratches or nothing!!! I am taking a HUGE loss on this guitar but I would rather it go to someone who will enjoy it then take the chance at it getting hurt in transit and storage!!!
