This is a hand carved, PRS style guitar, with a cherry-red sunburst finish over a Canadian flame maple top with maple binding. The main body is mahogany and has a nice body contour so you don't have the edge of the guitar digging into you as you play. The maple neck has two ebony pinstripes that run all the way up into the headstock, and the Indian rosewood fretboard has unique ellipse and bird inlays.
The pickups are Seymour Duncan: a "JB Model" in the bridge (with the magent flipped over, more on that in a moment.) and a "Jazz" model in the neck (it's useful for a lot of playing styles, not just jazz.) This guitar has 1 volume and 1 tone, plus a 5-way rotary switch:
1. Neck humbucker
2. Outer coils in parallel
3. Outer coils in series
4. Inner coils in parallel
5. Bridge humbucker
This guitar sounds as great as it looks!
After researching wrap-tail bridges, and finding most lacking, I went with the one that's lasted since the 1970s, and is basically a stand-alone tune-o-matic bridge. A graphite nut and keystone tuners keep this guitar in tune, and I'm including the truss rod wrench. A black hardshell case keeps this guitar safe and secure. Bonus: the guitar comes with a free string winder, a free "Planet Lock" Planet Waves strap and some picks.
