This Paul Reed Smith Mira has been gently used.  It features a thinner, solid mahogany body, 24-fret neck, matching pickguard and trussrod cover, Mira pickups, three-way pickup selector and a mini toggle coil tap, so you can drive it with two great sounding humbuckers or get that classic twang from the single coils.  Either way, this is one great sounding guitar.  The Wide Thin neck make it especially easy to play.  The action is low throughout with no buzz.  The condition is excellent with no dings, dents or major scratches.  It was played out only twice.  I am the original owner.  It has been stored in my smoke/pet free studio.  All the case candy is included, as well as the original shipping box.  There are absolutely no issues with this guitar.  The guitar weighs 7 lbs.  Below are the specs from PRSguitars website.
