Ebay recently made changes to their feedback system where sellers can suffer SEVERE penalties if anything

*Any rating below 4.3:  Penalty -Seller's listings are moved the the last pages of search results

*Any rating below 4.1:  Penalty - Seller is no longer allowed to list on ebay

eBay tells you a "4" rating means the item was accurately described, that you were satisfied with the seller's 

communication, the item was shipped quickly, and the shipping charges were reasonable - which a normal 

person would say is a good thing. However,  ebay treats a "4" as a request to terminate the sellers's ebay 

account, charge the seller more, and make it difficult for bidders to find that seller's items.

and service these items. However, on any used and consignment

items we will point out fairly any imperfections we can see, however

 most used Guitars/Amps can have signs of wear, marks, small dings,

and use.  Some used guitars could/can have buckle damage on the

back of the guitar. All used Items are being sold operational as-is with no

warranty expressed or implied as thats why online prices are much lower.

Buyer pays posted shipping price and item(s) must be

insured to sale win/price value - without question.

This is a purchase contract and your bid agrees to the

all of the above. Buyer accepts terms that payment must be received

instantly with buy-it-now and within 48 hours after ending of the auction

or the item will go to 2nd highest bidder. Please be prepared to

finish transaction after the auctions end.     No exceptions!

 In all cases items are removed from our sales floor with your

winning bid. We then require immediate payment. If you cannot

pay immediately please do not bid. We are a Used/Vintage guitar

shop, if you do not pay immediately this places a hold on our inventory

which may have been able to sell here locally. Your prompt payment

is appreciated. If you cannot pay instantly and wish to arrange other

payment(s), please inquire first and get approval, before bidding.

We can special order/find anything and welcome special new/used

requests. We will make all attempts to accommodate your request at

  Items are as described accurately, your purchase is a contract,

if you are interested in "trying" a specific guitar. Guitars/Amps are 

not well suited to be shipped back and forth, one trip is enough.

Once a new item is shipped in all cases we can no longer sell that

won item as new. Please Be sure of your purchase. We test and

inspect every item completely before shipping so there is no

chance of unknown defect(s). If you notice a flaw not described in the

listing, it is your responsibility to (call for RA# approval) & ship the

item back to us. That is the direct result of shopping online, we do not

pay return shipping. Action, intonation, strings and setup are of a

personal nature, we guarantee all guitars as they come from our store.

They are checked to play like butter but not necessarily to your action

height. In the rare case of shipping company damage please save all

packing materials and we will file a claim ASAP. Once again check

our feedback, as we stand behind what we sell and we do not ship any

item(s) that is/are not fully inspected and tested.  In colder climates

guitars MUST be kept in the box for at least 1-hour or long enough to

be brought to room temperature slowly prior to opening the box.

If the temperature is under 50 degrees we suggest 24 hours.

The Journey Begins.

The road from my workshop in a historic, haunted Annapolis

garret to a state-of-the-art factory was a tough one.

Fact is, I always loved working with my hands. Why else would a

high school kid sign up for three or four shop classes at a time?

My first guitar was built as a challenge to my college music

professor for some credits. I got an “A” and decided to

pursue my dream of making guitars for a living.There were

a lot of late night brainstorms. I was lucky if I finished

a guitar a month. Once a guitar was completed, I’d play

it at a gig— field testing in the purest sense.

Every design change taught me something new. The next

change was built on what I had learned or on

feedback from other players test driving the equipment.

Over ten years we went through three headstocks,

several renditions of body shapes, many tremolo designs, and many

experiments with woods and construction methods to get the right mix.

I remember hanging out at the local concert arenas for six or seven

hours before a show to make friends with the roadies. With a backstage pass in hand,

I’d peddle my guitars to the stars. One night in ten I’d make a sale. Carlos Santana,

Al Di Meola, Howard Leese, and other well known players agreed to check one out.

I made deals. If someone gave me an order, made a deposit, and then didn’t love the finished

guitar, I'd give them their deposit back even if I couldn’t make my rent the next day.

After getting a small following and orders for more than 50 guitars, we built two prototypes.

I popped them in the back seat of my truck and cranked it up, calling on guitar dealers

up and down the East Coast. After many days and many miles I came back with

enough orders to start a company. With the support of my wife,

skilled assistants, engineers, lawyers, top salesmen, artists, machinists, and

friends who emptied their bank accounts to help me get started, we developed

a strong team.  We’ve come a long way, with steady growth in factory capacity,

employees, distribution, and the number of prominent artists using our instruments.

We’re not stopping here. Every inch of your PRS guitar is based on decades of testing,

rethinking, and reinventing. We continue to push the curve beyond what others

would consider perfection. With experts to make sure the technology is

unsurpassed, and dedicated craftspeople who guarantee a finished product you

can’t keep your hands off of, we make no compromises.

That’s the story of the beginning of the journey.
