This is a practically brand new Paul Reed Smith SC245 I'm selling. It's been played only a few times and has been cared for like a baby. Having said that, technically it's not 100% new but I assure you it's in better then new condition. It's been professionally set up and it plays like an absolute dream. Unfortunately I have to let go of some of the inventory or my wife will leave me lol. So I'm not going to let her know about the ones in the studio! lol. As you can see in the pics it's completely scratch free and has no scuffs. It's better then half of the guitars you'll find on display in music stores around the world. It's mint. I have receipts to show original purchase and everything is legit. I have a good reputation to uphold here. 
I paid 2800.00$ Canadian before tax, it ended up costing just over 3100.00$
