Paul Reed Smith Guitars

selling my Paul Reed Smith Tremonti SE. bought in the fall of 2002.
for you PRS-heads, that means pre- lawsuit! as you can see in the
picture, the black version. back in those days they all came with a
stoptail, AWESOME if you have any desire to palm mute. pretty good
shape, the usual pick scratches and wear scratches you would expect on a
guitar that's been played. i upgraded a few things.....for starters, i
got a set of the REAL Tremonti pickups from PRS. AMAZING. the guitar
played great in the first place, and now it sounds great. truly, it
sounds like what you would expect after hearing the music of Creed and
Alter Bridge. tons of punch for rhythm stuff and it just flat out
screams when you solo. i also added the dunlop straplocks, i'll include
the strap as well. last thing i did was to add planet waves locking
tuners, the ones that cut the string when you re-string the guitar.
pretty neat. makes string changing super quick and easy, and keeps the
tuning nice and stable. also included is the factory gig bag in the
picture. all in all, a great guitar when i first bought it and with
the upgrades it's just awesome. no different from owning the real deal
american PRS in terms of sound and playability.well, it doesn't
have the bird inlays.....i hate to part with it, but i'm cleaning out
some of my gear i don't use as much to get some new stuff so it has to
go.  i can perhaps take and email more pictures upon request.
