(see details below).Now out of production & unavailable, a very Limited Edition of approximately (100) KL380's were made here in the USA, and they have become highly sought-after as word has gotten out.  This fine example is virtually new and in showroom condition!  Comes with case & keys, along with signed 2009 factory tags, papers, polishing cloth, etc.  The heavy-duty rectangular case is covered in black leather tolex, with substantial padding, custom fit interior with snap-shut accessory compartment, black plush lining, fully functional locks & latches, padded handle - nice.  MSRP was $3200.00 at the time.This is an extremely lightweight and resonant guitar, which are qualities of the beautiful-looking and sounding african Korina wood - very comfortable and balanced to hold.  Plays like a dream, with comfortable neck shape, great fret-work, and a classic vintage-y look with the Moon inlays and natural finish.  The tremolo is nicely balanced and stays well-tuned in typical PRS fashion. The factory P-90's are specially voiced Seymour Duncan's, which are very balanced and clear along with that P90 growl we all like.  The 3-pickup/5-way switch lets you easily get some great Strat-like tones along with Les Paul Special/Jr. tones and more - a very versatile guitar both live and in-studio.  Interesting that when using the middle switch position you get neck and bridge pups combined (like a Les Paul), but with positions 1, 2, 4 & 5 you have standard Stratocaster-type selection (neck only, neck+middle, middle+bridge, bridge only), so you can also get the Fender out of phase tones really nicely (with hum-canceling in a couple positions) as well as fat P90 tones - very cool.  Here are the specs from the factory:
