This guitar is a 2008 model and in very good condition. There are very light marks from the buckle of the original owner but they are light and only show in just the right light and angle. Probably buffable. Pick guard has some light pic scratches. Neck, headstock, and "most" of the body are spotless. Included are the original hard case and all documentation and tools including PRS certificate of authenticity. It was just restrung with DR 9.5 Titefit strings and intonates perfectly. The 25" scale combined with 24 frets is a joy to play. Please observe my feedback score.
